I would put them on the top shelf with any of the other big names like Seymour Duncan, Lacie , Bareknuckle etc. This is my third set of Toneriders for various guitars I own or have owned, a good set being the Alnico II Humbuckers for my SG guitar which are give a PAF type sound which is an early type of Gibson pup giving quite a musical bell like sound- I can vouch for this as I'm generally not a lover of humbuckers, but the Alnico IIs are almost as musical as good single coils. What I got from this is way better tone with more balanced volume and better dynamics at any volume level. I experimented with the pickup height and found that the bridge sounded better a little closer to the strings and the mid and neck are better sounding placed more than usual away from the strings.
